Spring returns to the earth, and students return to campus too. On the first day of the new semester, Wang Huan, Director of the Catering Section of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, came to Anqing Foreign Language School to inspect the hygiene and food safety of the canteen, accompanied by Lu Dan, Vice Principal in charge of the school, and Xu Hong, Director of the Catering Department. To be specific, the inspection team meticulously inquired about the situation of the beginning of the semester, looked in detail at the staff's health certificates, daily control, weekly investigation and monthly scheduling announcements, the day's meal service, whether the UV lamp was normal, food insulation, tableware disinfection and so on; Through the inspection, the checking group recognized our school's canteen and food safety work, and put forward valuable comments and suggestions to us in the meantime. What’s more, Vice Principal Lu Dan spoke on behalf of the school and the catering staff to make food safety a top priority in that we would not let go of any details. Instead, we would protect the taste buds of the whole school by means of practical actions.
